自动化数据采集单元

本项目围绕自动化数据采集单元的功能架构与使用场景，进行PIS（产品识别系统）规划与外观设计。产品由电箱模块单元与手持单元组成，满足不同安装环境与现场操作需求。外观设计采用统一的造型语言与色彩体系，突出产品的工业感与品牌一致性。电箱模块强调结构紧凑与工程强度，适应设备柜体或现场安装环境；手持单元则注重轻量化与人机握持舒适性，提升现场操作灵活性。整体材质选用高强度钣金与工程塑料组合，并采用防尘、防水、防震等防护设计，确保设备在多变工业环境下的长期稳定运行。

This project focuses on the Product Identity System (PIS) and exterior design for the Automated Data Acquisition Unit, based on its functional architecture and field application scenarios. The product consists of a cabinet-mounted module unit and a handheld unit, meeting diverse installation and on-site operational needs.The design applies a unified form language and color system, emphasizing industrial aesthetics and brand consistency. The module unit features a compact and structurally robust form, suitable for cabinet or field installations, while the handheld unit focuses on lightweight ergonomics for flexible field operation.
The housing uses high-strength sheet metal and engineering plastics, with dustproof, waterproof, and shock-resistant features to ensure long-term reliability in complex industrial environments.
